Refund policies - Important
In general, refunds will not be granted due to the following situations.
- No refunds will be issued due to unfavorable weather conditions based on client preference
- When participants decide not to show up on the day of the Tour even though it is already purchased.
- The participants do not know how to ride a bicycle or do not like the bikes that we offer.
- When the participants are not in the Meeting Point on time
In the event that weather or unforeseen conditions prevent the safe operation of the tour, we will offer rescheduling or credit at our discretion.
Private tours may be eligible for a full or partial refund if canceled more than 5 days in advance. Within this period, all services are 100% non-refundable. For peak dates (Christmas, New Year, Easter, U.S. and Panama holidays), an 8-day cancellation policy applies
- Bookings made within 72 hours prior to the tour will lose the deposit if canceled.
- When participants are under the influence of alcohol or any type of illicit substance.
- We will not provide refunds for cancellations after the 24 hours of start the Tour.
- Go Panama Bike Tours will provide full refunds if the weather conditions are not safe for the tour.
